Ms.Carla was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything turned out exactly how I wanted, and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and puts love into her work. I highly recommend asking for Ms.Carla if you’re looking for great customer service and gorgeous floral arrangements!

I was recommended here by another Florist who uses them quite often and was told to ask for Carla because she was the best of the best. Might I say? I was not disappointed by the service I received and can see why she was recommended. She is so wonderful, kind, and helpful. She has Definitely brought in a new customer and I will be recommending everyone to her and Carlstedts.

I've been buying my flowers from Carlstedts for over 10 years, and the service has always been exceptional. My current sales rep, Carla, is absolutely the best! She started out delivering my flowers, and now she's my sales rep. She's always patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help with my orders even answering my early morning questions. What truly sets Carla apart is how much she genuinely cares. During some difficult times for my family, she offered prayers, encouragement, and support. She's become so much more than a sales rep she's a friend. I'm incredibly grateful for Carla and highly recommend Carlstedts!
